About Us
South Shore Driving Academy, Inc. has been the leading provider of driver education on the South Shore since 1990. We have successfully trained thousands of teen and adult students within Plymouth County.
To serve you better, we offer two convenient locations in Hanson and South Weymouth.
We employ specially trained instructors with diverse professional backgrounds in education, transportation, and law enforcement. All our instructors are licensed by the Registry pf Motor Vehicles, a division of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation. As a standard, the entire staff including administration are C.O.R.I. checked annually.
We have a large fleet and multiple instructors which allow us to offer driving appointments 7 days a week. Our entire staff is dedicated to vehicle safety, and we are committed to helping drivers be their best in all driving situations and environments. We pair our on-road driving education with a tried and tested curriculum offered in a variety of classroom formats to serve the educational needs of every student. Additionally, we offer individual private lessons for non-certificate students. We also offer an optional road test service that includes use of one of our vehicles and instructor sponsorship.

Employment
SOUTH SHORE DRIVING ACADEMY, INC. is a very busy, team-driven, driving school. We are looking for a qualified candidate to work 24-36 hours per week. Weekday hours are typically between 2-10pm, weekend hours range between 7am- 10pm. Shifts run 6-8 hours in length. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Applicants Requirements:
- Must be at least 22 years of age and have held a Massachusetts Driver's License for at least a year.
- Clean Driving Record
- Applicants are subject to a mandatory C.O.R.I check

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Conducting classroom instruction for teens/young adults/parents
- Conducting on-road instruction for teens/young adults
- Participating with license exams
